  • Treat yourself to this wonderful ski-in/ski-out home that your family will come to love year after year and kick your boots off and hang up your jacket as you enter this home's open concept layout. The lovely living area has a flatscreen TV, DVD player, plenty of seating for the family, a cozy gas fireplace, and large windows and a balcony that look out over the Steamboat Ski area and Yampa Valley. Enjoy homemade meals prepared in the full kitchen at the large dining table that seats eight. The spacious kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of storage, and a large breakfast bar with seating for three more. Whip up a bowl of popcorn and stream a movie for all to enjoy, or play a board game with the whole group.     The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Great location, condo layout and amenities.

Creekside715 was a great three bedroom apartment. The layout was great and the kitchen had everything you could need. We would definitely rent this again. The shuttle service from Vacasa was great as well.

This place is truly ski i/out. Easy access to everything g. Our 3 bedroom unit was very clean, enough kitchenware to eat for our family of 7. The pool/hot tubs were nice and never crowded. Will def stay here again!

The view from this is condo is gorgeous. The lighting is limited, more overhead lights would be a great benefit. There is a terrible odor at the entry door, I believe the floor runner has mildew.

Get Away

I do want to say that the manager did try to accommodate us with a move. The unit was on the top floor which is why I booked it because I knew my kids would enjoy the view. I also booked it because being from Colorado I knew it would still be hot in August. That being said it did not have air conditioning, the master bath toilet chain broke off after every second flush, shades were broke and would not open, windows would not open which is bad when the internal temp is reading 85. They did take off one night stay and again offer to move us to another complex, but this unit should not be rented for that price and the lack off air conditioning made it miserable.The only reason I stayed in it was because my kids liked the view so much.
