"We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, helpful, and resourceful. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including golf, walking, biking, pickleball, basketball, and much more. We stayed for a couple of days and really enjoyed our time there. There is a market nearby, but most dining and shopping options are a short drive away. That wasn't an issue for us at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend it!"

"Nice house with a beautiful view of the mountains from the deck and hot tub. Very comfortable couch and chairs. The view at sunset and immediately after is amazing. It was fun to walk around the meadow area and see and smell the juniper trees. One thing to know is that the cell internet is pretty weak in this area. Make sure you open the app to get the door code while you still have good mobile internet coverage."

"The only trouble getting into the house, was that I couldn't access my email at the property to find the lock code. Trying to contact Expedia and Vrbo was futile. The sites wouldn't connect me to the host either, and didn't seem to recognize that I had a reservation already beginning. Basically, poor online support. The bed was very soft, which I liked. However, someone who needs more support might not be comfortable. The day bed downstairs was firm. It was a quiet location and not far from Smith Rock."

"This is a really cute alternative to a a regular hotel. There are hotel amenities but everything is very open to nature. All of the massive windows are actually sliding glass doors and relaxing in the cool morning breeze with all the doors open was a really nice vibe.The main attraction for us was location. This is situated right next to an incredible canyon overlooking the crooked river. We enjoyed our breakfast sitting out by the canyon watching the birds and enjoying the sounds of the river far below us! This was the peaceful retreat we needed!"

"Overall great stay, excellent communication, and everything needed in home for a great stay. Only feedback I have is that the driveway could be treacherous in snow and ice conditions. Not an issue in summer, but I didn’t see this mentioned in the listing."
