Schön aber laut

Sehr schönes Haus in einen grossartige Umgebung . Das Haus selbst ist schön, aber wenn es Nachbarn gibt, sehr laut. Mann hört alles wass die Nachbarn tun und sagen.. Da gibt es keine Ruhe

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Eine schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage, etwa 35 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Leider hat sie drei Mankos: Da die Wohnung über verschlossene Türen in beiden Geschossen mit der Nachbarwohnung verbunden ist, ist es sehr hellhörig und man bekommt viel von den Nachbarn mit, insbesondere wenn diese nicht Rücksicht nehmen. Die Wohnung Backbord hat außerdem keine Waschmaschine, der nächstgelegene Waschsalon im Nachbarort ist offensichtlich seit längerer Zeit defekt, so dass man fürs Waschen einen sehr langen Weg nach Flensburg hat. Die Terrasse liegt leider nicht direkt an der Wohnung (Das inserierte Bild täuscht hier), sondern etwa 10 Meter über der Zufahrt in einem Bereich, der auch für die anderen Bewohner zugänglich ist, so dass man hier wenig Privatsphäre hat. Tipp: Besser die Nachbarwohnung Steuerbord buchen, da ist eine Waschmaschine dabei und die Terrasse ist nebenbei wesentlich schöner.

Gemütlich

Wir haben uns in diesem renovierten und modernen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es könnte sehr still sein, wenn die Wände zu den Nachbarn nicht so dünn wären. Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nur mit einem eigenen Amazon-Konto, was aus der Anzeige nicht hervorgeht. Die Vermittlungsagentur war aber auch am Sonntagabend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Schön wären auch ein paar Gardinen oder Rollos im Erdgeschoss, die Nachbarn müssen jedesmal direkt an den Fenstern vorbei. Das Haus ist für 6 Leute, allerdings gibt es im Wohnzimmer zu wenige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Es sind einige Kleinigkeiten, die uns für den Preis fehlten. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse oder einen Liegestuhl. Wenn der Rasen etwas gemäht wäre, gäbe es auch weniger Stolperfallen auf dem Weg zur Terasse. Ansonsten hat es uns gefallen, es war sehr sauber und durch den Tresor hat es mit dem Schlüssel reibungslos geklappt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus Backbord.

Lage super, Treppe schwierig

Das Haus ist sehr schön, leider war in der Beschreibung nicht klar erkennbar, das sich die Terasse nicht direkt am Haus befindet. Die Treppe in das OG mit zwei Kleinkindern ist sehr schwierig zu bewältigen. Das nächste Mal würden wir eher Steuerbord wählen. Die Lage ist super.
