"There was no glass or cup in the room, but the front desk let me borrow a substantial cup. I would expect such a hotel to have coffee and tea in the room. The bed with its two padded walls was very comfortable."

"My hotel experience was mediocre. The staff’s lack of warmth was evident, and there was a noticeable absence of a birthday greeting despite it being my special day. Disappointingly, the room size didn’t meet expectations, and despite my Gold member status, the requested upgrade was not granted."
