Check-in process was a bit confusing as this was our first time to visit the area and we did not know that we were expected to arrive at the listed check-in time. Host was very accommodating in calling us and setting up an alternate way to check in. Apartment lists a washer but we could not find one. We would suggest including a guide/sheet in the apartment...

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Die Lage in Konstanz ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entspannt, sehr flexibles Ein- und Auschecken. Bei einem kleinen Problem (Rauchmelder im Keller piepte) kam Abends extra noch der Vermieter, um das Piepen zu beheben, top! Cons: Wenn man irgendwas anmerken will, dann vielleicht, dass das WLAn eher langsam ist, was für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellte."
