Very nice location and helpful staff. Nice spa facilities, and the breakfast was great! Although there was an issue with our assigned room, the staff immediately sorted it out and got us set in an identical one without question or delay. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very smiley crew, good vibes!

Nice location, with sauna and and a lunch/dinner restaurant «on the water». Small portions snd a bli slow service, but happy and smiling crew made up for that!

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna. Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Auch für die Nutzung des Pools muss man den Eintritt zum Wellnessbereich zahlen. Zimmer sehr klein und schlecht gereinigt. Es wurden Dinge der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank gefunden. Einen Parkplatz zu finden kann zum Problem werden. Im Gesamteindruck ein abgewohntes Hotel, für die Durchreise okay- aber nicht mehr.

Trevligt hotell med många möjligheter till att träna, bada eller äta en god middag. Mysig restaurang nere vid vattnet men dålig service. Anmälde att det var svårt att få det mörkt på rummet men fick ingen återkoppling trots att vi stannade 4 nätter. Men trevlig personal på hotellet.

Vi rakk ikke å være her lenge men dere ga oss masse inntrykk at dette var en bra plass,fine store rom litt begrenset utsikt men ellers fint,vanvittig god bar middag 3 retters og vanvittig bra frokost her var masse å velge i glutenfri mat for meg.Så her ønsker vi å komme tilbake!
