Relax and unwind with the whole family at this
spacious, peaceful home that sits on a hill in chalk mountain on 30 plus acres, down a long, private drive.
Sit on the back patio and watch the sunsets and cattle graze in the evenings or enjoy coffee under the covered patio watching the deer in the mornings.
There is a large covered carport with concrete parking.for several vehicles. This home is perfect for family gatherings, a peaceful getaway or enjoying the nearby towns.
Centrally located off 67 with a short drive to many attractions such as fossil rim, Paluxy and Brazos river, dinosaur valley, Dino world and shops in Glen Rose.
Hico is also a 15 minute drive to excellent dining and shopping as well as Stephenville for shopping, restaurants nightlife, and Tarleton University.
Blackies gas stop
restaurant and bar is a 5 min drive for dinner, drinks and entertainment on the weekends.
