Great house in a great location!

Loved this house and the attention to detail from the owners. The beds were comfortable, the furniture/kitchen/living room were put together with entertaining in mind. We will definitely stay here again!

Came down from WI for a series Tarleton vs St Thomas MN. This house was in the perfect location for us to get to and from the ballpark in just minutes. Very cozy well stocked home. Just a short drive to Hico for some sightseeing and shopping! Host had great restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with.

This is one of our favorite places to ever stay. The house was so clean. The small touches were amazing with labeled items, snacks, etc… it was very well equipped with anything you would need to cook. The grill was clean and ready to go. Beds were comfortable and location was close to campus. Plenty of towels, pillows and extra bedding. The host was very responsive and you can tell they take great care of the property. Highly recommend!

Close to everything, clean and well stocked.

The house was perfect for a two day stay with my husband, two kids and my dad. The house was set up perfectly for our mixed group with enough space for everyone to hang out or chill in their rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and little touches like makeup towels in the bathrooms were perfect little unexpected upgrades. I highly recommend this house for visits to Tarleton especially if you’re hosting a group that doesn’t easily fit in a hotel room.
