"Just some confusion about having a cc down prior to arrival even though it was already paid for thru Expedia. Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training"

"Stayed one night on our way to another destination. Easy to find. Outdoor area and riverwalk looked amazing, however, it rained while we were there so did not get to enjoy them as we'd hoped. Rooms were clean overall. Some updating has been done."

"The staff were kind and helpful at a bare minimum. Our room was absolutely.... I don't know that there are words to describe the room. . I have stayed in plenty of dives and sketchy places. However, this one takes the cake! There were no working ice machines. When we entered our room, it was about 150°. The toilet had been used prior to us arriving. There were dirty handprints on the ceiling and the walls. There was no fridge. There were several spots on the walls that had been damaged. The TV was about a 19 inch that did not work at all. Our bedside clock didn't work. And we found a disturbing thing under one of the beds. . a used hypodermic syringe! I don't even know how to approach the situation. We took photos of everything. I am still just traumatized from this."

"The blue bungalow is the perfect place to enjoy and relax..The backyard is a great place to sip on a cold drink while sitting in the Adirondack chairs or take a snooze on the hammock in the trees..Perfect place for a dog to roam around and enjoy also..The house is spotless clean with all the right amenities..highly recommend!"
