"When I got there, the room I had booked was potentially going to be swapped out for room with no bathtub! She said my room “came with a shower only” but I showed her the reservation, which was clearly otherwise. I ended up getting the bathtub, fortunately, however, there was no hot water in the building as it turns out! There were also several hairs in the bathtub and some flakes of poop at the bottom of the toilet that I had to flush away. Not my favorite experience to be told. The breakfast was amazing. Decor is very creative. Bed was comfortable."

"Breakfast was fresh and had some good options, however protein was limited to hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. The room was very clean, quiet (aside from the loud fan/air conditioner), and comfortable. The entryway and stairway were under construction, which was a bit ugly and disruptive, however there was no work going on during the visit."

"The directions for the tv stopped short on how to use the remote once the tv was turned on, We have a different cable provider at home and the remote was different. "
