"So I honestly don't like to nit-pick and normally let really petty things ruin an overall great stay but I have to draw the line somewhere and this is it.. The front desk clerk was quiet but thorough and when he handed me a couple of plastic forks I requested he carefully used a napkin to get them out of the bag and hand them to me, I freak'n love that! But the problem is had was while checking in he was wearing ear buds and quietly talking to someone else at the same time. It caused me confusion a couple times because I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or the person on his headphones,??? It's not a good look for an employees to ever do this, it leaves the customer detached from the process and also feel less important."

"We were welcomed with a smiley staff who let us know they have done some renovations and would love our feedback. The rooms were pretty with cabin decor, microwave and fridge along with being very clean. You can see a lot of work was done. The next area that should get TLC would be the bathrooms, although still clean they are very old, small and tight to maneuver in. We had the pleasure of seeing elk up close in the back yard as well! Thank you Mountain View Lodge for a wonderful stay!"

"Rooms are nice and the location is really good with entertainment right next door as well as a Fred Meyer within walking distance. Property is nice and clean, only concern is the pool and hot tub weren't the cleanest."

"The Hot Tub/Jacuzzi was wonderful and relaxing on my stuff joints and muscles from driving 1,000 miles! The pool was great, the coffee was great and the room was a delightful surprise, having a kitchenette I didn't expect!"
