"Everything was peace and quiet."

"Rooms were clean, the family suite was a good layout having the 2 floors and 2 toilets (1 shower/bath). It would be better if it can be communicated if any family rooms are available with a balcony. The WiFi was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t catered for kids or young families as such, but the hotel were ready to help make the kids stay as comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated. They had a good selection of gluten free packaged items for breakfast and made my daughter an omelette every morning (she has Coeliac disease). The views from the roof terrace were fantastic and it was lovely to have a rooftop pool and bar as an option to use. The hotel is very conveniently located, only 10-15 minute walk from all the main sites, but away from the hustle and bustle of the central piazzas. I would stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely a ten out ten. Friendly staff. The breakfast one of the best most complete manus excellent. Totally worth it!!!! The location is ideal you can walk to Michallangelo square and the town. One piece of advice we made the mistake and walked from the train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes. Taxis are expensive about 40 euros. Take the bus number 14 only one euro lives right by the hotel and in front of the train station. If I ever come back to Florence will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you to everyone in the hotel loveeeed it!!!!"

"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful."

"Very family friendly! Pools were amazing! Great food at the restaurant. Convenient place with nearby laundry area, bar, and grocery store. Super friendly staff."
