"Nice clean room"

"Very disappointed. Wouldn’t even let you take your breakfast back to your room. Never have I ever stayed at a place that was this unclean and rude. Won’t be going back."

"Breakfast menu was good, staff excellent! Had a lot of issues with our room keys, they had to be reprogrammed 4-5 times! One of our rooms the door wouldn’t lock so we had to move to another room. They only had one ice machine that worked so pretty inconvenient to go two floors down for ice. The air conditioner in our room was very temperamental and would shutoff and not restart! Staff was very pleasant to work with though! None of these issues ruined our stay but will probably choose a different hotel next Stillwater visit!"

"I didn’t stay and ask for a cancellation. The picture and ad on the internet doesn’t match the premises. It was dirty and not maintained. The staff smell of marijuana and said it was another customer. The smell was very strong and lingered during our conversation. I am in the process of asking for a refund and will follow through with whoever I need to have a discussion. Thank you Jennifer Rudd"

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, plenty of great options to choose from. The staff, from valet, front desk and wait staff at restaurant were very friendly & professional."

"They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet."
