Boho 405 - DI Home Rentals

Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper and a stacked washer/dryer is available. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

Coming in with a larger group? The property next door to the east is also one of our short-term rentals.

Other things to note:
The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided if noise is an issue.

We are currently working on the aesthetics of the location. We purchased multiple properties at once and are rebuilding them one at a time.

We usually stay in a hotel but decided to try a VRBO this time - so glad we did! This is the perfect place. It’s cozy and clean and has everything you need. It’s a good location - just a quick drive to anywhere you’d want to go while in Stillwater. Communication was quick and easy and check-in/check-out process was simple. The attention to detail is just perfection. We’ll stay here anytime we are back!

What a gem! After being on the road for weeks we needed a break from hotels and were glad we picked this place. The hosts are thoughtful, quick to respond to questions. The kitchen/bathroom are well stocked. Very comfortable. This will be on our must stay list for future trips.

My friends & I stayed here for calf fry & it was the perfect house for the 4 of us! Everything was very clean when we got there. The bed was also amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

It was a 1 night stay for a concert at The Weed. Very clean place and the location worked well for us, since we were only there for one night. There is a new construction going up right beside but we were up early enough their noise did not matter. We will stay again if we are back in Stillwater.

What a cute, clean, and comfortable property. It was nicely furnished and decorated. The property manager included many nice touches -- left snacks and water, had a very nice luggage rack, great towels, a comfortable bed, and more. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
