"Food was ok. Coffee was terrible. Room was spacious and quiet Pool is great. No hot tub "

"Check in was 3 pm, We didn’t check in until 3:50 our room wasn’t ready. They scanned our parking pass . Said we could come and go as we pleased. The pass didn’t work. We had a king room booked already, They said they upgraded us for the inconvenience . It wasn’t an upgrade! The room had a couch ! It was very disappointing. The room was very old and dated. "

"You get what you pay for the bed was kind of squeaky that people up above paacing all night long so we didn't get much sleep definitely no soundproofing overall it was a place to stay nothing fancy We've stayed here a few times and it wasn't too bad I guess maybe last night we just kind of got the bed batch of Rooms"

"It was somewhat problematic because there was night time construction on part of the external part of the building and the hotel put people in rooms where there was drilling from midnight onward; ended up moving to another part of the hotel at 2:00 in the morning on the second night. When this was raised with reception staff they basically had nothing to say. "

"An issue with our original room was resolved promptly and graciously by the manager on duty. We were moved to a spacious room with a lovely view. Breakfast was good and it was good to see they have gluten free options by request. This was a return visit for us and we will make this our regular home away from home when in Halifax."

"This is our place to go now. The staff are amazing from the front desk to the kitchen and general manager Nimfa who talked to every single table during the breakfast time to ensure everything was going well. Amazing."
