Quick weekend trip.

Staff was nice. Room was decently clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool had chemical powder at the bottom that wasn’t mixed all the way, so it was uncomfortable on the feet. Overall good stay for a quick weekend trip to see family.

We just needed a place to sleep mainly. Regency had comfortable beds and the room was very clean. We had no problems with noise or anything. We have family in the area and were happy to find this place. We will be back!

Our stay was great. Room was really nice. Bed was totally comfortable. Shower had amazing hot water. We had a sliding window in our room. It was nice to open and get fresh air. Fridge worked great.

Hotel is the only hotel in Stilwell Ok small town. Nice enough for price. Furniture is outdated. Chair in my room had a rip down the arm. However bed was clean and comfortable and room was dark when you turned the lights out lol.

Good Job

This was a 4 person business trip to a very small town. Not much to choose from in the town as far as hotels. To say I was shocked is an understatement. The hotel was clean, there was no unpleasant musty odor, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms looked fresh and clean and the atmosphere was very calming. The breakfast was satisfactory and well stocked. If I am ever in this town for an overnight again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property WILL NOT be honest and every part of our stay was horrible. Stayed there in the past but now the rooms stink not updated and breakfast was not there, dried egg crumbs in pan at 7am rechecked at 8am and same situation not touched, people sleeping on lobby floor and lobby couches. Then to top it off wrong room was booked (king) and tried switching to a two queen and was only offered a two double for extra $90 when they are only $10 difference to book. Had insurance for stay and the red tape for this was non acceptable. Staff at regancy said they can't do anything because I didn't book with them, tried and did cancel rest of stay as advised by orbits and was told by staff they couldn't and wouldn't!! STAY AWAY drive the extra to get a better stay and yes I have pics off this mess, oh yea the apple juice was spoiled as well.

What we did not appreciate, was not being accommodated for showing up two hours early after driving 650 miles straight. Room fully paid for and ready when we arrived. But we had to sit in our vehicle in parking lot because they wanted to charge us $30.00 to check in early.
