"Die Unterkunft von Luciana liegt inmitten des Feriendorfes Stintino Country Paradise, im Norden von Sardinien. Von hier aus sind es ca. 10min. mit dem Auto nach Stintino selbst bzw. 15min. zum Strand LaPelosa. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana verlief (auf Englisch) reibungslos. Bei Ankunft trafen wir auf Cinzia, die eine etwas ruppige Art hatte, womit wir aber klar kamen und uns alles...

"Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr gut. Das Haus selbst ist vom Schnitt gut, für 8 Personen etwas zu klein. Die Küche SEHR klein und merkwürdig Ausgestattet. Keine Tücher, dreckiges Geschirr, Geschirr nicht in der Küche sondern im Wohnzimmer - überall Armeisen, in der Küche, Bad, Geschier - Kellerzimmer war unbewohnbar, da es sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel richt - Waschmaschine dreckig und läuft aus - Duschkabine im Erdgeschoss defekt - Gartenanlage nicht gepflegt - Elektrokabel hängen an...

"La peggiore esperienza di anni, rimpiangiamo ogni centesimo versato. Non c’è nulla che giustifichi l’importo pagato. La peggiore assistenza mai ricevuta in loco. La donna delle pulizie che avrebbe dovuto accoglierci, si è presentata con mezz’ora di ritardo facendoci trovare le chiavi vicino alla porta nonostante fosse stata avvisata dell’orario di arrivo. "We had a great time at cristinas place.We were 6 people and stayed 10 days. When we arrived, it was not very clean and it seemed like the place was not really prepared for 6 people. The check in was a little bit difficult because the person who made the introduction and gave us the keys does not speak english.The location is nice. It is a quiet vacation neighboorhood. "Stintino is a wonderful village, la Pelosa is something amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, from the booking's time till our arrival all was perfect. It's great to eat outside in the veranda and the garden is ideal for those with kids, totally recommended."

"Unterkunft an sich top in Ordnung, sehr sauber, Ausstattung mit Pool und A/C gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das empfanden wir nicht als Problem. Leider ist die Unterkunft Teil einer riesigen, Anfang Oktober praktisch komplett ausgestorbenen Anlage ohne jegliche Infrastruktur. ALLES war geschlossen, zum Einkauf 8km mit dem Auto nach Stintino, ebenso zum Essen. "
