"The room had a great view over the river. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, however there was a pay as you go dispenser, serving cold drinks in the corridor.

"Great that they have self check in as we arrived at 1am. Building is undergoing some work at the moment but wasnt disruptive. Great location. Good size room, clean, quiet, beds were comfy but need better pillows. "

"When checking in, the front desk informed me that they moved my reservation to the express hotel down the street. They offered me free breakfast, which I later found was free to begin with. The front desk lady said my room was upgraded at the express hotel. When I got to the express room, it was twin beds for my wife and I and the space was too small for us and two bags. The TV didn’t work either, not that I wanted to watch a German show, but just adds to the drama. The front desk lady said they messaged me but that was a lie too. I was sent an email only saying “we look forward to your stay.” I would not recommend staying at this place. I’ve been to Tutt several times and would go to Truebe instead. "
