The building and room are beautiful, but the management is going cheap on everything else. I found an empty bottle of alcohol in my room, the wifi didn't extend beyond the doorway, and the shower didn't drain.

This specific hotel would have been my first choice whenever I’m in that area until the last time I stayed there. The gentleman who check me in was very kind and generous. I appreciate his service. But There’s another man at the front desk during the daytime, I found his demeanor towards me very intentional and rude, his customer service was extremely poor. I don’t know if it’s a change of management because usually front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.

Room: 2 queen sized bed, 1 of them lots of hairs on it! Bathroom: bath is rusty, look like somebody shifted on it! 2am somebody yelling Omg never again, never had like that bad experience in my life!

I enjoyed it until I kept seeing Baby roaches, now I know people come and they might have them with them but a few here or there…. That room needs to be sprayed before they have an issue… want be returning….just because of the bugs. Plus the heater kept making crazy sounds. An the pipes was scarring me every time they came on

Broken elevator, ice machine not working, lobby bathroom out of commission, burn holes and stains in bedspread of nonsmoking room. Bathroom in disrepair. Rust holes in tub, soap dispenser torn from shower wall, wallpaper/ paint peeling. Room was $109 with fees- so definitely not what we expected.

Do Not Stay Here
Front desk had no one to waiting to give customer service. The elevator had wooden floors and the door did not close good. None of the Lenny in the room was playing it was old it was dingy and the spread hat spots on it. I had to go to the closest family Dollar by Lysol and Clorox I sprayed so much it was an uncomfortable sleep.

Disappointed. Ready for a remodel
We have stayed here before many times which is why we came back but this time it was disappointing. We checked in late evening the overnight gal was friendly and gave great service but the place has become rundown and dirty. Beds were tired (old) and uncomfortable. The pool was empty. While it was serviceable for this time we won’t be rushing back.

We booked this hotel because of location off the highway on road trip. We just needed a simple hotel to sleep for the night. The room was disgusting, nauseating smell. The sheets had blood and hair! I asked for assistance and was offered Clean sheets to change myself. We felt gross just sleeping in the filthy room with family. The advertised free breakfast is also a huge stretch. There was a few stale raisin bagels and orange juice. Overall disgusting and not worth even for a short sleep! There must be cleaner places near by to stay. Don’t do it! Any good reviews must be fake.

1st Room was roach INFESTED. 2nd room was filthy with feces rubbed all over pillow with a clean pillowcase on top. My stay with this property didn’t even last 5 minutes!! By far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. I immediately got a refund and searched for somewhere else to rest!!! UNBELIEVABLE.

Horrible Service
The weather was good very little rain but the hotel wasn’t so good. Things that were broken were not repaired. We didn’t get service from the cleaning staff at all. They did come over Friday morning but we were not up yet so I asked them to come back later. They agreed but never returned.
