"Nice hotel let down by the little things Card machine in bar unable to print legible receipts, pain for expenses . Bar food service on hold as restaurant upstairs was busy . Staff unable to service coffee machine . Housekeeping missed . No enquiry at checkout as to satisfactory stay or otherwise . I get these are very first world issues but I was asked for my experience , for average of £160 a night could have been slicker"
