"Key card didn’t work three times on day of departure and delayed our departure by 30mins. Bath tap: the cold water was still very hot and ran a bath only to use a bottle of water and refill it 20 times and leave bath to cool for 20mins. Breakfast was mediocre, it was busy but felt it was not up to standard. Room was big and spacious and garden pretty to sit in. Main house reception area impressive building. The main outside of some room near far car park needs cleaning up or painting as black polluted walls don’t make the hotel look inviting. Lots of wood work needs refurbishment. "

"Very clean inside and out and the staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely stay there again.👍👍👍😄"
