"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...

"The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery .
