Great studio apartment
This apartment was in a great location, a grocery next door and a lovely kitchen to prepare meals. Lots of transit options and just off the canal. Sweet interior and safe access. Loved it.

Perfect aparthotel
Was a great little home from home. No need for constant searching for restaurants. Few stops from Central but very easy to get to. Tram just outside front door of apartments. Not everyone likes Swedish food tastes and is very expensive to eat out. Apartments were modern, very clean, everything you needed to cook for yourself. We were delighted with our stay.

Good apartment, high security and close to tram and supermarket No individual washing machine instead you have to book a time with 1 washing machine in a laundry room shared by many apartments. The WiFi is slow and unavailable at certain busy times, just not enough data capacity for so many apartments.

The room we stayed in was in a great condition and very clean. The location is perfect - there's a tram station across the road and within a minute (1 stop) you're at the metro station from where another 10 min and you're in the centre. There's a big supermarket literally next door and a coffee place as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice people at checkin and chrckout . Tram Station direct at the Apartment - so fast Connection to the City … and all Sightseeingplaces . We had a very nice Stay in Stockholm.

trevlig lägenhet med bra läge. dock blev vi lite besvikna på att det trots att lägenheten har pentry och är väl utrustat inte finns någon plats att faktiskt sitta ner och äta.

Tout était parfait (à part l'ouverture d'une porte qui ne fonctionnait pas un soir, mais le problème a été réglé rapidement). Bien mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions avec ce tarif

Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Mårtensdal (Tram). Die U-Bahnstation Gullmarsplan ist nur ein Stop entfernt, so dass man sehr schnell und bequem in die Innenstadt kommt. Mit im Gebäude befindet sich eine Kaffeehauskette, eine Apotheke und ein großer Supermarkt. Diverse Restaurants und Bars und kleinere Shops befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und die Einrichtung stylish-modern. Obwohl wir das größte Apartment gebucht haben, gab es nur eine kleine Küchenzeile. Zwei Kochplatten, ein Backofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Dazu ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien.Check-in läuft über das Motel L, das sich auch im selben Gebäude befindet. Dort kann man bei Bedarf auch frühstücken (Buffet, 10 EUR, durchaus reichhaltig). Kaffee und Tee steht dort 24/7 kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Leider gab es keine Informationsbrochüre, die erklärt hätte wie z.B. die Klimaanlage funktioniert, oder ob die Zimmer zwischendurch gereinigt werden, oder wo zB der Müll entsorgt werden kann. Leider funktionierte auch einer der beiden Fernseher nicht und die Dunstabzugshaube war auch defekt. Großer Pluspunkt war das sehr geräumige Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und einer 1a Regendusche. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben und die Damen und Herren von der Rezeption im Motel L waren sehr nett. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Bahn und man ist recht schnell in der Altstadt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder gerne buchen.

Die Unterkunft war gut, das einzige Negative war, dass in den Unterlagen die wir bekommen haben, kein einziger Vermerk war, dass die Appartments mit dem Motel L zusammenhängen hängen. Schlimmer die Adresse die uns man uns nannte führte direkt in ein Espresso House, nichts gegen Kaffee aber übernachten wollte ich dort nicht. Aus reinem Zufall sind wir in das Motel L gegangen, welches nebenan war und haben unser Zimmer bekommen.

Had a little studio appartment with a kitchenette for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay, although did not use the kitchenette. Would be perfect for a longer stay. Nice area, conveniently located near a supermarket, pharmacy, tram stops. The staff was also very nice.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (7 und 10) in dieser Unterkunft und waren positiv überrascht, als wir das Zimmer betreten haben. Das Zimmer war recht groß, modern, sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung und hohe Decken... Für uns nur ein kleiner Nachteil: Man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen und hatte somit keine frische Luft. Ansonsten aber einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super. Es befindet sich in einem Business-Viertel und ist nicht laut und dennoch zentral gelegen (ca. 5 km zum Hauptbahnhof). Schöne Umgebung mit tollen Spaziergang-Möglichkeiten am Kanal oder am See., viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und tolle Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gleich im Nebengebäude gibt es sogar einen ICA-Supermarkt und eine Apotheke. Der Lobby-Bereich war schön und das Frühstück war okay (nicht sehr üppig, aber alles da, was man brauchte).Es gab auch einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Ein kleiner Minus-Punkt: Im Eingangsbereich lagen seit unserer Ankunft bis zur Abreise Essesreste und wurden nicht weggeräumt. Aber alles in allem ein tolles Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes, ruhiges Appartement. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Man ist ruckzuck in der Stadt oder wohin auch immer man will. ICA und Tiefgarage (25€ pro Tag) direkt im Haus und per Lift erreichbar. Einfach perfekt
