Great property, feels new, lots of amenities. It’s very close to the tram which was helpful. My only complaint is the area doesn't have much. It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do. Its saving grace is the proximity and accessibility to the tram to get to Stockholm center and sightseeing is only about 20 mins. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay, as this was our last stop after 1.5 weeks of travel it was great to get an apartment style room.

Fantastic location in the suburbs. Very close to Luma or Martensdal tram stops. Supermarket and cafe very close by. Would definitely stay here again Rainfall shower head could be warmer with more pressure but the handheld makes up for it.

I was definitely surprised as nd pleased by the property. Higjj ok ly recommended! Only complaint I made a request at least 4 times , maybe 5 , to fix the TV reception of my Netflix from the phone so I could watch it on a big screen instead of my phone. They NEVER CAME TO FIX HHE ISSUE. Very disappointing and aggravating

Unity was comfortable and suited our needs. There was an issue that I had brought up on multiple occasions and it was never rectified. Apparently it was a known issue among other guests as well. Wi-fi was somewhat patchy and not password protected. The rooftop terrace was nice to relax at, after a day of activities.

Great suburb in Stockholm, easy transportation to the city. The EMILIE boat travel to the city is a great boat tour. Friendly environment. Nice and newly renovated unit. Excellent experience staying at UNITY. Greatly recommended.

Mycket bra. Allt var super. Fint rum. Skön säng. Rent. Bra dusch. Gott kaffe. Det enda var att mackorna hade väldigt ledsen ost och grönsaker. Yoghurten smakade illa. Annars toppen.

Störande ventilation
Rum 1016 har två ventilationsrör som för för mycket oväsen för att man ska kunna sov gott. Saknar effektiv ljudisolering. Min negativa recension bygger uteslutande på detta. Frukosten var enkel men mycket god. Smidigt med färdigbredda mackor.

Det var dejligt med et køkken med alt, hvad vi skulle bruge og det var skønt at have mulighed for at åbne vinduet. Desværre var der en larmende ventilation på badeværelset, som var til gene om natten.

Bra boende men tyvärr har det försämrats. Frukosten var ingen höjdare innan men nu är den usel. Färdiga degiga mackor, någon sötsliskig yoghurt med några flingor ( allt inslaget i massor av plast) och en kaka/muffins.(!!!) Man fick dessutom bara ta en av varje.(!!!) Mycket trist så har bokat av de kommande resorna jag hade dit

Smidig incheckning, lite oklart varför vi fick ett annat rum än det vi bokat, men det var större så vi gjorde ingen grej av det, fick dock ett rum med en mindre dubbelsäng och en "bäddsoffa" som det inte fick sängkläder till, blev ifrågasatta och fick till slut inget när vi frågade om det. Både bäddsoffan och dubbelsängen var rätt obekväma, bland det sämre jag varit med om på ett hotell ärligt talat. Det blev också väldigt varmt uppe på det loft där dubbelsängen låg, vill inte veta hur varmt det blir när det faktiskt är varmt ute.
