It’s Okay.

This Quality Inn is clean. It looks pretty tired and the attempt to renovate the room is kind of meh. Nothing looks like it was professionally done. Kind of like a house flip by amateurs. But, we slept and are rested and ready to hit the road again so it fulfilled its purpose.

Comfortable stay

We got the suite and it was nice , very clean spaceous, the pool looked so nice and clean. The pillows are soooo damn comfortable !! Very clean, the bathroom was big !!! Had a nice relaxing stay. The front staff was so nice and very quick.

No TV service, broken microwave, minimal breakfast

The room was perfectly sufficient. It was perfectly clean and did everything that you needed, was quite spacious. The TV, however, had no service available and was unable to connect to any internet services which would allow the apps on it to work. The microwave in the room was broken and alternated between locking our food in it and refusing to stop. I literally had to unplug the microwave to turn it off more than once.

Upon arrival at the front desk, we were informed that the TV cable was out of service and would not be fixed until the following day. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom door was chipped. The room appeared unclean; when I pulled back the sheets, I found hairs. Additionally, the price was pretty expensive considering the low quality of the hotel, and it was quite noisy around six in the morning. On the plus side, the location was convenient due to the variety of nearby food options.

You get what you pay for

The good thing was the travel distance between my destinations to and from each location. The concierge I believe her name was Patricia was very nice and accommodating. the room looked like it was under remodeling. And the view was 3 Conic containers out back

Great customer service. A Can't wait for the new look. The price was a bit much for the condition of the room in my opinion. The stains on the couch and the carpet made it feel like the room was dirty. I hope you complete the renovation soon as it's a great place to stay for a quick trip.

First and last time staying there.

Starting from a positive review first. Our bed was comfortable and front desk staff was very friendly. Not so good review, our shower wasn't very clean. They need to wipe down shower wall, there were stain on it, with whomever long hair on the shower curtain. The light fixture above the sink has caramel bulky stain and carpet was dirty, even with socks on, you can see them dark carpet dirt stain on it. TV didn't work, toilet got to hold down to fully flush. You can hear people loud mouth walking at 2am then door slammed (very inconsiderate), freeway noises, bikers raming their motorcycle and my next door smoking next to my window. Yes! All of this happened with our 2 days stay. Will be our 1st and last.

The pool was clean & pretty. When you walk into the lobby, that was nice. The rooms were old and ugly. They had no vending machines. And the continental breakfast, what a joke!!! The amount of money they are charging! OMG!! I should be refunded, it is not worth the $112. A night i paid.
