  • Adorable brookside cottage on the shores of the Penobscot River. This cottage sits on the banks of the muskrat stream that flows out to Perkins cove, spend your days listening to it babble, watching ducks and muskrat. The Sandy Point State Park beach and hiking trails are just a two minute walk down the road. This house has just gone thru a complete remodel and update, paying attention to its quirky and charming features.
