"Staff was friendly. After reading numerous sub par reviews, I was hesitant to stay here, but the price was right so I took a chance. The property needs work, but my room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. "

Emerald Gypsy Skoolie.... a Quirky Chic School Bus
10/10 Excellent
"Quirky little cute place. It was very clean and the couch was super comfortable. A/C works really well. Loved the fire pit outside, we used it daily. "
"Communicatiin was great, check in was super easy, easy to find, private, flat parking, cute inside and out, ac worked great. If i could say 1 thing, the shower was super small and not intended for anyone large. But otherwise it was a fabulous experience and we would definately come back!! "
"This place was great! I could sit on the porches all day! The best thing about sitting in the porches is that I didn’t notice any mosquitoes, I think the bat population from the caverns in Blanchard springs near by keep the mosquito population low. I also used the fire pit to eat hot dogs and s’mores one night. My children, 5 and 11 year olds loved it as well. I plan on staying here there again in future. "
"Just what we were looking for in a short getaway. Blanchard Springs was only 10 minutes away as well and was a pleasant surprise to check out. Even with the heat wave going on, the lower level at this treehouse cabin was very comfortable to sit outside and still enjoy. Outdoor cushions could use a refresh and maybe a decent set of glasses to drink from (as well as wine glasses, but it is a dry county so that may not be a priority) but the price was right."
The Stone Cottage! Private with incredible views of the River and Mountains.
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The only problem we had was the outside lights that came on at dusk, they never turned off. The downstairs bedroom has sheer curtains and our bedroom was so bright we could not sleep well. We had to hang a blanket the next couple of nights to be able to sleep. We like to sleep in a dark room and I know not everyone does, so it would be nice if the lights went out at 10pm or there was a blind in the window that could be pulled down to keep the light out. Other than that, we would definately rent again. Worth every penny. "
