"This is a fantastic property and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in all our travels in China and the world. The property is located at the entrance to the old town and is magical. You step into a little ancient village. Our room had a lovely courtyard and was so quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast as delicious as it gets. Our kids also enjoyed some of the experiences offered by the hotel and made their own Yunnan cat. We hope to come back one day!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. The location of the hotel cannot be better especially for people with luggage’s as it’s right at the edge of the ancient town so we don’t need to drag our luggage on narrow cobblestone roads in town. We went to eat inside the ancient town almost every day. The hotel consists of individual old-style houses which are very private yet inside is new and tastefully decorated. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful with all we needed particularly on booking snow mountain tickets on WeChat. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the evening show at Mu Mansion in ancient town."
