"Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Everything about it is great - but at the moment they are being upgraded. It wouldn't stop me from staying there but it was irritating to have scaffolding being clunked around at 0800 when I am looking for a break.

The hotel sits above a coffee shop (which is actually connected to the hotel), so there is fresh expresso at 6:30 AM.
