"Only one of four elevators were working, which meant that we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes anytime we went up to our room because the line for the elevator was so long. And you couldn’t take the stairs either because the doors at each floor were locked. No icemaker on floor three. Phone in our room did not work. When we called the hotel front desk with our cell phones, nobody answered. We paid for extra guests and there were no extra towels for those guests. Carpet was really old and wallpaper was peeling in our room. I guess the only positive thing I can say is that the shower was good and the beds were acceptable. And of course, it was easy walking distance to Bobby, Dodd, Stadium, and Georgia Tech campus. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"Reservation was for 2 queen beds but ended up with one room for 3 people with one queen bed and a couch. Was offered a second one bed room but we were having a celebration and didn’t want to break up the party into two rooms."

"The elevators were not working properly. There were two and only one was working. You had an employee operating the one elevator. Then when trying to get out of the parking lot with your key card they were not operating properly. We had to press the call button to alert someone to lift the arm. To get back in the parking lot we had to back up and have someone press the button and the out arm went up for us to enter."

"I did not like that room service did not come to clean my room during my stay. I was only provided a plastic bag with towels and wash cloths that were left outside on the door handle."

"Hotel rooms was given away when I booked online for 2 beds in both rooms. They said the hotel was overbooked. Had 2 girls in one room and 4 girls in another in king size beds. Where are they suppose to sleep with 4 girls? Explain that!!!"

"The hotel was very crowded and hard to navigate throughout the common areas. Extra-long waits for the elevators. The staff was very rude and seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, given the volume of guests. Our room keypad was malfunctioning, and we got locked out every time we left the room. Due to the large number of guests, we had to wait 20-30 minutes each time to get into our room. We were not provided the complimentary three-hour parking as listed on the website and had to carry our luggage two blocks to the hotel. The room was clean for the most part, but we found pills on the bathroom floor and in different areas of the room. I would not be staying at this property in the future, as our family vacation wasn't the best due to this hotel, and we were delayed and late for events because we had to stand in line for an extended period to gain access to our room."
