Summary:
This beautiful large 1/1 home is a part of bigger Boutique B&B style called Stonewall Bungalows.
Newly renovated charming house, is ideal for a couple or small family. Large bedroom and private outdoor space. Quiet, serene mid-century modern farmhouse vibe, allows you to be swept into another era and a true feeling of Texas farm country.
Located in the heart of the Texas Wine Trail, and only 15 min to Fredericksburg / Johnson City and minutes away from signature wineries & vineyards.

The Space:
The house consists 1 large bedroom (king-size bed) and a bathroom. Fully functional kitchen, lovely dining area, and living room with a brand new large sectional with a queen memory foam pull out comfortable for 2.
Enjoy the sweet indoor / outdoor space to rejuvenate after long adventurous days in the area.
Each room has been thoughtfully and carefully renovated with every detail to help you feel swept into a whole new world. Pour a glass of wine, eat some snacks, cook a meal, watch a movie or just enjoy the quiet with no disturbance.

The front driveway will be able to have two (2) vehicles parked.

The Charming Couples Retreat Space + Outdoor attached space. Designated Parking.

The Neighborhood:
The Stonewall property is located in the heart of charming, small town Stonewall. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and slow-paced. There is a small elementary school and family-run businesses nearby.
However, the main attraction is the town of Fredericksburg that is approx. 15 drive to downtown.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a car to get around the surrounding attractions, such as trails, wineries, historical landmarks and Fredericksburg.
Parking is free and available.

Perfect for just the 2 of us. Location was incredibly close to the wineries we were visiting. Not too crazy far from Fredericksburg at all either. Loved the house, everything was great.

Cute getaway spot!

The property was private with a nice high fence around it and quiet. Our bungalow was way bigger than we were expecting, which was a nice surprise. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, excellent property. We would definitely come back.

Quick weekend escape to our fave part of Texas. Happy to find this Stonewall property since most of our best experiences are actually outside of Fredericksburg proper. Great value at Storewall Haus Bungalows.
