Perfect Sea Pines location with spectacular pool and spa!

"We had a wonderful week at Tranquility at the Beach! Dan and Kathy are wonderful hosts and Josh the property manager was a great local contact. It’s a lovely comfortable home with a great location—one house away from the bike path and about a 10 minute stroll to the beach. The pool and hot tub were awesome and there were plenty of places to hang out near the pool even if you didn’t swim. We had 9 people 9-80 staying there and a couple extras for meals and games and there was plenty of space for all. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved being able to use the garage for storing our rental bikes and other outdoor gear (we brought some fans we used on the patio to beat the heat and keep the mosquitos away at dusk). There were a bunch of beach chairs to borrow and a couple boogie boards and a bunch of pool floats we didn’t even get around to investigating. Inside, there are books (kid and adult), games, puzzles, and toys. We had an amazing time just going to the beach, riding bikes, and hanging at the pool/hot tub. We can’t wait to come back!!"

"There is plenty of space (a family room and a living room for example) for a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The beach is very wide , flat and clean . The walk from the house takes about 10 minutes although one can drop off old dogs like myself by car to shorten the walk . This was especially helpful given the high temperatures and humidity during the last week in July. The pool is good for laps and very large. I would at my age prefer a single rail to hold onto when entering the pool."

"Beautiful home to stay in, open floor plan. The kitchen counter is huge and accommodates six large chairs, with adjacent dining area for 12. This home is third row with easy beach walk access. Two washers and two dryers on second and third floors.Sleeping accommodations on all three floors.Plenty of thick beach towels were provided along with beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards. The pool had several flotation devices provided. Hopefully we’ll be back next year."

"This was our first time to Hilton Head. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The grandkids loved the bunk room and the afternoons were so hot, we spent them in the pool. So glad you had several umbrellas to block the sun.Such a short walk to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Thank you for sharing your home with our family."

"House was nicely furnished as well as clean and comfortable for our family. The bedroom on the 3rd floor was very small and use of the trundle was not able to be done. The washing machine did not function properly and could only wash on one setting. The air conditioning stopped working downstairs on day one but was repaired within 24 hours. The pool was not clean when we arrived but after a phone call it was taken care of. The garbage outside was running over in the can which prevented anymore trash from being deposited… possibly need a second can with such large groups. Both propane tanks for the grill were empty but a phone call to Ida resolved the situation. I do have to say that Ida was very responsive whenever I notified her but it was a shaky start to family vacation. Despite all these issues everyone had a good time. It was located close to Harbor town. Having access to community pool would have been nice since that was in the description of the property and most likely should remove since that is not accurate."
