"They were doing work due to a water leak on the upper floor, but it didn’t affect us at all. The room (deluxe king) was exactly as pictured. We did expect more than cereal and mini waffles for breakfast. But all in all the girl at the front was friendly and helpful and professional and our stay was perfect for the 1 one night."

"I really liked my stay in this little cabin in the trees! It was such a nice and quiet place to come back to after each of my days of mountain biking in Bentonville! I loved the outdoor areas around the cabin, such a variety of places to sit outside and relax including a hammock. The place was very clean and perfect size for just me."

"The house, patio and yard are wonderful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The house sits at the top of the bluff, which makes getting down to the lake a bit challenging. It starts with paved switchbacks then turns into steep wooden stairs - and LOTS of them. The stairs would not be easy for young children or older adults. "

"We had a lovely time at this property! Location was great for what we were here for but was off the beaten path enough to feel secluded. Loved listening to the wildlife and sat on the back porch enjoying thunderstorms during a weird late fall storm weekend. Kitchen was stocked pretty well and layout with master separated from other bedrooms is always nice. Communication and booking were easy, checkout process wasn’t as arduous as other properties we’ve stayed at (frequent VRBO renters here!). "

The kitchen had most of the things we needed to cook each day. This house is best suited for older kids. The dock was great to have for swimming and kayaking, and the cove was calm without much traffic. We would definitely come back!"
