"Location is about 15 mins from west edmonton mall . There are alot of food options inside bc sa property. The hall way has some smell and beds are not comfortable. The pool looks big in the picture but just a regular size in actual. Good for a night stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights at Quality Inn West Edmonton. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was not cooling properly, and the airflow was not cold enough, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We also noticed moisture on the window, which we raised with the staff, but the issue was not resolved to our satisfaction."

"The pool had a beetle in it. The bathtub was quite dirty. They had a power outage for 6 hours one day. Elevator seemed like it might break down any second. You get what you pay for. Phone didn’t work to call front desk, tried phoning front desk with my cell and no one answers."
