About this property

Ada’s Guesthouse- historic home close to lake, shopping, parks, trails, BVU

  • This 1910 fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is at the center of Storm Lake. Located on historic Lake Avenue, it is just two blocks from the lake, walking/bike trail, and 2 beautiful parks. Downtown is within walking distance as well as 5 beautiful churches, King's Pointe Waterpark and beach/park, and Buena Vista University.

    An exceptionally clean home full of character with high-speed internet, comfy beds/linens, a new chef's kitchen, large bathrooms, new laundry appliances, and a large front porch with wicker furniture and a swing are waiting for you. There is a partially fenced-in large yard, a BBQ grill, and plenty of free parking available. Your dogs (one or two) are welcome for a fee.

    The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. There is a walk-in closet right off the bathroom and a loveseat, ceiling fan, and a tv also in the bedroom area. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with extra seating. The guest bathroom boasts a claw-foot tub, large shower, and double sinks.

    There is a large dining room and a new kitchen with everything you need to cook - just bring the food! With board games available and a wide variety of books to enjoy, you are sure to have a memorable stay!
