"We had one issue and the staff fixed it immediately for us by moving us to another room. The staff was great from check in, our interaction with the manager, the staff responsible for the good food at breakfast, and the staff member who checked us out. They were all great. The hotel itself was very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area."

"Hotel is getting ready to be renovated, hence 4 vs 5 stars...would give 4.5 but didn't allow half stars. Hallway carpets were clean but could see fading of design on carpet. Overall for a one night stay, beds were super comfy, linens n towels smelt fresh, appreciated hooks by the shower to hang towels & storage of extra towels were on shelves over vanity instead of over toilet. Great water pressure, one issue but didnt hinder shower... shower curtain wouldnt stay open, kept sliding 2 the middle from both ends. There was a mini fridge which was needed for meds, but no microwave (had a large one in the lobby along with a mini shop of microwavable food n 24 hr coffee n variety of teas) PLENTY of electrical outlets for ur charging pleasure. Hot breakfast but unfortunately no fruit. Overall would stay again"
