Our stay was fantastic from before check in to check out. The room was just as pictured. Absolutely gorgeous room and property. Lots to do even with it being “off season”. The room below us needed some maintenance the required us to be out of the room but our host had maintenance work around our schedule and communicated everything with us. We definitely will be back and already started talking about our next trip!! Thanks again for opening your home to us!
From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the location and service we received. I spent a long weekend with my family of four, including an 8 and 10 year old. The studio itself was in excellent condition…updated, clean, and cozy with ample storage space to store all our clothes and gear. The king size bed was comfortable and the queen size pullout for the kids was honestly also really comfortable! The kitchenette was perfect for our needs and the bathroom was spacious with a large shower, tub, and closed off toilet room. Our studio was one that has the option to connect with another studio. We did not find this at all intrusive. There was another family with kids staying next door and noise was never once an issue. As for the lodge itself it was a vibe. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day on the mountain, and my kids begged to go to the arcade after each dinner. Having car and ski valet made everything that much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking about returning!

Rude property manager
Called the property manager in regards to potentially leaving early due to the blizzard. She was so rude and unwilling to cooperate we decide not to call back and ruin Xmas. The room had a ball of hair on the shower wall. The shower was not cleaned between us and the previous guests. The safe was also not re-set.
The unit was very comfortable and well appointed. The only thing I would say negative about the room was that the view was not what I had hoped for. This unit doesn’t face the mountain and overlooks the driveway. We were off season so all the shops and activities were closed, but that was fine with us. Great outdoor pool, but no locker rooms. Just one changing room and one bathroom for a pool area that I imagine gets very crowded at times.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property manager was very informative about check-in/check-out process through email and text. Can not beat the location for ski-in/ski-out. Will return for sure.

I highly recommend the Lodge! It is absolutely gorgeous and the location couldn't be better! Plus, it is dog friendly!! I can't wait to visit again.
We had a great time at the Lodge. The room was splendid (although we would suggest a new mattress - we found it hard). We loved the fireplace and lookout from the balcony. It was well stocked and the tub was amazing. We were treated exceptionally well by the staff of the rental service and the lodge. All went out of their way to make sure our questions were answered and we were content. We will be back for sure!!

Spruce Peak Lodge
Our experience at the Spruce Peak lodge was underwhelming. The room’s cleanliness was disappointing. Upon our arrival we noticed black hairs all over the bathroom tub, around the sink and in bed. The balcony floor was filled with cigarette filters and ash. The dishwasher was left loaded with glasses. The knives in the knife set had dried out food on them. There was a vacuum in the closet with a dirty filter in it, which made us uncomfortable putting our bags next to it. The duvet cover had brown/yellow stains.
The valet parking service at the hotel was awful. They unloaded our car without our permission and the person handling our bags did not say a word to us. Whenever we requested our car with a 30 minute notice they only started retrieving it when we reminded them downstairs. We almost missed our restaurant reservations because of that. Also, we were disappointed to find out that the gym access was $50 per person per day.
The few things that we did enjoy was the easy access to the mountain, the Skinny Pancake spot, and the hot apple cider at the Whistle Pig.
Stowe Spruce Lodge: good, but mostly closed facilities!
As advertised. Only thing...all facilities at Stowe Spruce Lodge Resort was closed - Covid.
Only thing open was 1 restaurant: pricey, so we drove into Stowe for all meals + entertainment.
No problem; just would’ve been good to know. Would stay again.
Thanks.
Excellent stay. Room was comfortable. Little kitchen was well stocked. Bed very comfortable, bathroom was lovely Thank you for the vacation. My husband and I enjoyed it
My wife and I ditched the kids for a fun weekend away. It was after fall foliage was over but a week before ski season officially opened. The room was as advertised. The gas fireplace was a hit, though it didn't pump out the heat we were hoping; that said, you will not go cold, as the room heat was ample and powerful. I would highly recommend the room during any season. The only knock on the room was that the coffee maker did not work; not to fear, however, because the Beanry coffee shop was a quick 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend this room in season, either summer, for fall foliage, or winter.
That said, while we want a fun yet quiet weekend getaway, we feel we booked at the wrong time, the time after fall leaf peepers were gone yet before the ski season started, and it seemed the resort was taking a break before the ski season started, because many of the onsite restaurants and pubs were closed. The staff was very friendly, and the main restaurant/pub was open in the main lodge, but most of the shops/restaurants/pubs in the common, including the ice skating rink, were closed. This was a disappointment. We were looking forward to skating and doing a pub crawl. It just meant that we took a few more drives that originally thought down into town. But this by no means reflects on the room. The room was great aside from the coffee maker.
Our trip to Vermont was relaxing. Accommodations were wonderful, well maintained and a great location

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen area.
Great trip, not one complaint. Services were amazing from ski valet, car valet, and the bell staff. Skiing was great, did not stand in one lift line for the week.
