Classic Stowe Ski Chalet

Come stay in a classic ski chalet that’s been renovated and ready for you and

your guests. There’s plenty of natural daylight even during the winter months

due to all the windows, and you’ll have a great view of Mt. Mansfield from the

balcony. With over 1700 square feet and an open floor plan on the main floor

you’ll have plenty of room to spread out.



In the living room you’ll be able to warm yourself by the gas fireplace, and

if you’re staying in the summer you’ll enjoy the air conditioning to help cool

you off. There’s a large yard for you and yours to enjoy a special stay with

games or building the perfect snowman.



Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath, while

the downstairs has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an additional

bathroom allowing for six people to sleep comfortably. If your clothes need a

bit of a refresh after a long stay, take advantage of the washer and dryer

downstairs.



This home is close to Stowe Resort home to great trails and plenty of family

fun. Snowmobiling abounds in the area in the winter, while summer gives way to

plentiful biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and golf. Enjoy the local

restaurant scene and take a drive to see all the covered bridges nearby. On

the way to or from the chalet don’t forget to stop by either the Ben & Jerry's

Factory or the Cold Hollow Cider Mill for some warm apple cider donuts. Book

Family vacation

The stay from March 1st-March 4th was perfect. It was snowing when we arrived on Saturday and watching it from the sliding doors to the deck was stunning. My husband and I and our 3 adult children had a cozy time with perfect accommodations. We will absolutely book again.

Family getaway.

Last September I took a sisters trip to Vermont and liked this place so much I booked it for me my husband and two adult children. The chalet is clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our family of four. Great time does not disappoint.

February Family Ski Trip

Had another (2nd time) stay at this property. Beds were very comfortable and it had everything one would need for the week. Drive to Stowe was about 15 min and you can bypass the downtown to get there which make it very convenient.

Beautiful home conveniently located to town, downhill and cross country skiing. Kitchen is well appointed. View from the balcony is impressive. One minor suggestion: please include a broom and dust pan in case guests need to do a little minor cleaning.

Great location with amazing view

This house has everything you need to relax while vacationing in Stowe. A nice touch in the master bedroom is a mirror that allows you to take in the mountain views without even getting out of bed. One word of warning: there is a neighbor with a rooster, so be prepared to be awoken early if you sleep with the windows open!

Perfect place in Stowe

We could not have asked for a more ideal place to stay in Stowe! Obviously the views from this house are amazing, but the house itself is also awesome & easy to get to. Super easy check-in instructions & guidelines for check-out sent ahead of time (love that) & we had zero issues that we needed to reach out to the property manager about. The house was super clean, great layout & incredibly comfortable. 15-20 minutes away from Stowe ski resort. There’s a supermarket & tons of restaurants close by. We’d 100% stay here again ☺️

Great location fantastic view

We enjoyed our weekend away. The views are amazing from the house. The house was very clean and close to downtown. About 15 min to Stowe mountain resort. Nearby great restaurants. I had a little issue getting in and out of the claw foot bathtub. I would not recommend this house for kids due to the stairway. The house was very cute and I would definitely stay here again. Beds and linens were comfortable. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Great Gateway Place

I usually don’t submit any reviews but this place truly deserves it.House is very compact but at the same time it’s big.The beds are very comfortable ,specially the one upstairs is huge.Rooms are clean and spacious.But what is really play the huge role is view.The view is indescribable, the mountains,the place and moreover the air-so fresh and clean(who’s visiting from big cities will understand what i mean)The one issue we had is TV-it’s glitching sometimes ,so bring your computer with you if you want to watch some movies.Other than that 10/10
