friendly and helpful staff but you do need a car to get to Montpelier for the restaurants and bars; there's not much around the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The facility was clean, there was coffee, tea and cookies available 24 seven. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and fresh. They even had almond milk as a milk substitution, which I love!

We stayed here while in Vermont to see the solar eclipse. We were a little worried that the staff would be overwhelmed by all the travelers— and indeed, the hotel was fully booked — but the staff were able to accommodate us without any problems.
