Beautiful Riverfront Townhome w/Fireplace, Valentine's Weekend Now Available!

Welcome to Riverfront Pines!
Located at River Court on the Little River in the heart of Stowe. This updated, beautifully appointed townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a loft. Perfect for couples, small families or friends in a very convenient location just steps from the quaint town of Stowe.
Walk to great restaurants, shops and the Stowe Rec. Path.
The Village Market is located just across the parking lot should you need anything. It is only a short walk to catch the free Stowe Ski Shuttle to take you to and from the Stowe Mountain Ski Resort or take a 13 minute drive. The Ski Resort offers many fun activities in the summer months as well. For bicyclists, you can safely store your bicycles on the bike rack in the garage.

After a day of sightseeing, hiking, biking, skiing or snowmobiling, unwind by the roaring fireplace with the flick of a switch and relax on our new dual recliner sofa and recliner loveseat.
Featuring 2 private decks that overlook the Little River and a wall of pine trees as a backdrop. After a day of adventure, enjoy the quiet, serene surroundings with a good book or beverage. In the summer, enjoy a nearby swimming hole.

Free Wi-Fi is provided along with 3 flat screen TV’s equipped with Amazon fire sticks for streaming Stowe Cable or any of your favorite services.
The main floor has a full spacious kitchen completely stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, spices, etc., a dining area, bathroom and large living room with a gas fireplace. The spacious loft is set up as a home office with a desk and color printer should you need to work remotely. It can also be a third sleeping area with a futon that sleeps two. The loft and main floor are air conditioned as well as the lower level.
The lower level has two queen bedrooms. The main bedroom offers sliding doors to one of the two decks. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the gently rippling waters of the river. Each bedroom has its own mini split air conditioner. Each bedroom also has its own TV and private bathroom. Each bathroom has heated towel racks, shower heads with a hand held sprayer and hair dryers. The primary bedroom bath has a jetted tub. The lower level also has a separate laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Quality linens and towels are provided as well as Dove shampoo & conditioner, Jason's natural body wash and many other little extras.

Beautiful well-maintained property in a prime location, right next-door to a market and a quick walk to the downtown shops. Back of property overlooks a peaceful river and we were lucky enough to get to watch 2 bear cubs play in a tree and then cross the river with mama right at dark! Hosts are fantastic to communicate with and were so kind to leave us a gift card for our 20th anniversary. Property has everything you could want or need for a memorable stay in an adorable town!

A cozy retreat in town

Chas and Jeanette's condo was perfect for our ski weekend. The location couldn't be better, walkable to a grocery store, restaurants, and shops in beautiful downtown Stowe. The fireplace was a nice perk and the views of the river out back were very nice. Beds were comfortable!

Stowe Ski weekend

Fun stay in a great condo! Cozy and clean and the location was fantastic for walking into town, yet a short drive to the mountain. The loft doubled as a remote office for a day, and a bedroom for one of us for the 4 nights. Thanks again for a wonderful March ski weekend!

Great Place - Great location

This was a great condo within walking distance to town and all it had to offer. Plenty of amenities, especially if you like to cook while on vacation. Would return for another visit in the future.

Beautiful way to start 2025!

Beautiful condo in the heart of historical Stowe villages, located only steps away from local restaurants, bars shops. Stowe mountain is a very short car ride away. The owners keep their home in perfect condition for the guests to enjoy . My family and I thoroughly enjoyed gorgeous views from the back porch, and gathering around a fireplace after a day of skiing. We had fantastic time in Stowe!

Clean, Convenient Stowe Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and as described. Check in was convenient, and location was ideal for getting groceries, walking to town, and catching the shuttle up to the resort. It was very well stocked and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays as well!

Thanksgiving week stay

We had a lovely time staying here for Thanksgiving week. It is a perfect location to walk into Stowe Village and worked out great for our home base to travel to Montpelier and Cabot. Plenty of room for three of us. I would recommend the property for a stay in Stowe.

Convenient and clean

This was the perfect place for the weekend of our child’s UVM graduation. Conveniently located with a market next door and clean and welcoming place to rest after long days of activity. I’d love to stay again and use as a base to spend more time hiking and exploring.

The condo had everything you could possibly need, plus items you wouldn’t think of -like the hot chocolate packets! But we especially enjoyed the fireplace! We made a good choice!!

Downtown Gem

This was a delightful condo in the heart of Stowe. Also the best equipped VRBO I've seen (and I've been to plenty). The best feature (besides the foreplace) was the comfortable deck overlooking the river. A wonderful place to chill at night after a long hike.

Wonderful stay in this comfy, well maintained condo!

We have stayed in many rentals and this tops our list! Location can’t be beat - right in town, next to the market, and a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants. The condo is extremely clean and tidy, well-stocked, and furnished comfortably and attractively. We would love to return!

Outstanding Stowe Location

Our time at the Riverfront Townhouse was superb. The condo is exactly as depicted and is fully outfitted. The location is great as well. Being able to walk three minutes to the grocery store or 5-6 minutes into the center of town was a bonus after a full day of skiing. The hosts were helpful and communicated clearly throughout the process. All in all I don't think we could have asked for much more.

Wonderful getaway

What an amazing place! Location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The unit was just as described; clean, comfortable and not lacking for any amenities. The decks overlooking the river are perfect for a peaceful retreat. Such a fabulous time.
