"Generally it’s good in terms of amenities and location. but if you prefer a quiet room, make sure to ask for non connecting room. Somehow we were assigned connecting room though we had a baby with us. Baby court was requested but was forgotten. Hopefully they can improve to be more aware on each guest needs."

"Very near to Jonker street and the room is quiet. There is no outside noise to disturb your sleep. Air conditioning is not powerful enough. The mattress and the bed is comfortable and firm. Only one pillow per bed and the pillow is thin. There is a Shower in the room but Bath gel is provided instead of shower gel. Appreciate there is a parking lot, it’s save a lot of hassle for me "

"Room was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. Sound isolation of the room wasnt the best though, as we could hear kids running outside the room, ang viests shouting to each other between floors"
