The property is close to both the city and the beach—ideal for water sports and exploring Stralsund. For security, the walkway to the houseboat is under video surveillance due to the central location. This does not mean the area is unsafe—Stralsund is a welcoming city! The owner chose not to build a rooftop terrace due to the unique location.
