The apartment is located on Frankenwall 26, on the ground floor of a picturesque old town villa directly on the Frank pond.
From here it is only a minute's walk to the city center as well as to the monastery and the neighboring harbor.
The apartment has an open kitchen, a living room with south-facing balcony and a double bedroom.
The extra bed for the 3rd and 4th Person is on a sofa bed in the living area.

Leider keine saubere Wohnung. War nicht feucht gewicht - FensterbänkeStaubig. Von der Toilette wollen wir erst garnicht reden Keine Ablage am bett,für Uhr oder so.Essen in der Küche im Stehen oder im Wohnzimmer am couchtisch ,alles sehr unbequem. Der putz an manchen Stellen pröckelt ab.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich weiß nicht, wann die Ferienwohnung zuketzt geputzt wurde. Außen an den Fenstern waren überal vuelw alte Spinnweben. In der Wohnung an der Deckecwsren auch sehr viele Spinnweben. Auch wenn es hohe Decken sind, kann man die Spinnweben mit dem Staubsauger entfernen. In der Beschreibung standKabel-/Satelitt-TV. Stimmt nicht, es ging nur Streaming. Die Lampe im Bad war defekt, dies wurde auch gleich am Anreisetag reklamiert. Bis zum Abreisetag wurde dies nicht behoben. Der Spiegel im Bad hatte zum Glück ein Licht, ansonsten wäre es sehr dunkel gewesen, da es ein innenliegendes Bad ist.

Eine Schöne, saubere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat sogar scharfe Haushaltsmesser. Das erstemal, dass ich in einer Fereienwohnung keine Steckdose suchen musste, es sind genug installiert worden. Nur das Licht im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas heller sein. Das Ein- und Aus-Checken war unkompliziert. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden und in allen Größen verfügbar. Der Hafen und die Stadtmitte sind zu Fuß in 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist daher ideal, wenn Stralsund zu Fuß erkundet werden soll oder mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung abgefahren wird. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Nicht Wohlgefühlt

Die Lage der Wohnung sind Top, kurzer Weg zum Hafen und zur Altstadt. Leider lässt die Wohnung bezüglich der Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. In allen Räumen war es staubig, im Bad hat die Duschkabine viele Schimmelflecken auch blättert der Putz/Farbe an vielen Stellen ab, Kühlschrank und Kühlfach waren nicht sauber. In der Küche waren Lebensmittel die bereits vor Monaten abgelaufen sind.Sat oder Kabelprogramm ist wie angegeben nicht möglich alternative W-Langeschwindigkeit ist unzureichend. Der Preis für die Endreinigung steht nicht im Verhältnis wie wir die Wohnung bezogen haben und sind deshalb sehr unzufrieden.

Gute Unterkunft in Toplage. Ruhig gelegen und düoch zentral gelegen zur Innenstadt und Hafen.

Im großen und ganzen gut. Leider fehlt ein Radio,Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon sowie das aktuelle Fernsehprogramm.

Gemütlich und zentral

Die zentrale Lage war perfekt. Es war alles per Bahn, Bus und zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Nachttisch neben den Betten wäre schön. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr kurze Wege in die Altstadt und zu den Museen

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 2 Personen und liegt sehr zentral für alles, was es in der Stadt zu sehen gibt. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern dort, die wir im Hausflur regen- und Diebstahlgeschützt unterstellen konnten. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet nur es fehlte - und das ist mir beim Inserat nicht aufgefallen - ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Das hat uns doch sehr verwundert. Es war schon gewöhnungsbedürftig auf dem Sofa sitzend am einen zwar hochstellbaren aber eben dennoch einem WZ-Tisch zu essen. Zumal in der kleinen Küche eine kleine höhere Tischplatte vorhanden war aber eben ohne entsprechend hohe Hocker. Die Balkonmöbel waren nicht sauber aber wir waren sowieso den ganzen Tag mit dem Rad unterwegs. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte etwas, was man als Nachttisch hätte nutzen können und die Steckdosen waren am Fußende des Bettes statt am Kopfende. Aber wir haben uns arrangiert damit. Deshalb aber nicht die volle Punktzahl.

tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Stralsund und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Tolle Lage: Direkt an der Altstadt. Man kann somit fußläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten alles erreichen. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft direkt an einem See, super für einen kleinen Spaziergang. Tolle Ausstattung: Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neue Küche - wir hatten das Glück. die ersten zu sein, die sie benutzen durften. Sie hat alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung, in der nicht alles zusammengeschustert ist und die Messer zur Gabel passen. Zudem ist die Küche sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große und sehr gemütliche Couch. Das Bett ist ebenfalls sehr bequem. Die Wohnung hat sogar eine Bluetoothlampe, sodass man sogar Musik darüber abspielen kann. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
