The staff was very helpful with the checking and checkout processes. Didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood but I’ve heard had delicious ethnic food and shopping."

"If you're accustomed to air conditioning this is not the place for you. We were miserable all night long! Even after the staff were kind enough to switch our room it was still unbearablely hot to us but besides that everything else was good "

"BEWARE IF BOOKING 2+ GUESTS. I booked a multiple bed room (2adults + 2children) On check-in the form I signed showed 2a+2c, he could physically see us- yet we where given a small ONE double bed room. Back down to reception, another room - bigger but still ONE double bed. Down to reception - told the best they could do was 2 seperate rooms, different floors! 6days prior I had emailed - no reply, phoned - no one answers, emailed - no reply then contacted IHG Garner global whats app - said would get back but never did. I wanted to inform them that it was now 1a + 2c and check in would be after 10pm. So one of my kids had to sleep in the rooms. They didn't care, neither did the IHG whats appt contact. Also one room faced the sun, its was 26-29C during the day - the aircon didn't work when I asked down at reception, I was told it wasn't on as out of season, ended up sleeping with duvet cover"

"Hotel Zoo is a nightclub, with rooms attached. If you are looking to stay in a very bling, slightly trashy, nightclub, you will love it. If however you are looking for a sophisticated hotel, this is not it."

"The room and the facilities were clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Although the room was not spacious it was perfect for us to use as a base, organise simple meals, rest and get ready for the next day of sightseeing. If we wanted more space the communal area downstairs was great, even had board games, fussball and table tennis. The apartments were well located in a relatively quiet area, with easy access to activities and sights nearby, or close to transport links to travel across the city or further afield "

"I reached out to the hotel both by email and phone before my stay to confirm that the air conditioning was working, and I was assured that it was. Unfortunately, when I arrived, not only was the AC not functioning properly, but it was also extremely loud. To make matters worse, the pool was closed as well. This was very disappointing, especially since I relied on the information provided before booking. I felt misled. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable dealing with uncomfortable room conditions."
