"We were giving the further away rooms, which involved taking two sets of elevators and long corridor to reached to adjacent building something we find it a bit strange, perhaps it was we asked for three rooms be as close as possible, and those were the available? The front desk staff named Florence (Spanish Spoken) who did not checked us in, she goes out her way go out of her way trying to re-accomodate us to other rooms as well showing the room to rectified this inconvenience, we(our whole family) must said how extraordinary she is, please do pass on out appreciation and gratitude. The breakfast was deliciously plentiful, as well coffee was excellent. It's highly recommended."

"Hotel is across from Oktoberfest site. Unusual second floor location of lobby with self check in after 20:30. Large comfortable room with queen beds and built in bunk bed for kids. Fridge, cook top, a few pots and dishes, dish washer. AC did not work which made sleeping during our August vacation uncomfortable. Independent bakery below hotel on main floor good for breakfast. Restaurants with walking distance. About 13 euro Bolt ride to center of old town or bus stop right out front"

"We were there for 3 nights. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. When we arrived, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. A phone call to reception and our problem was solved immediately. The member of staff told us immediately what the problem was. Breakfast choices were excellent. Restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideally located for eating out annd was opposite the main railway station which suited us very well as we were travelling to our next destination by train. I would certainly stay there again."

"Staff were warm and friendly,always willing to help and give information as and when needed. Rooms are excellent,really comfy bed,fridge and so clean and tidy. Also asked for a quiet room 604 that we had previously stayed in and the receptionist had no hesitation in giving us the room. Great place all round."

"Excellent value for money, the rooms were very good with needed air con. Train is about a 10 minute walk away. If travelling by car, drop offs allow cars a 15 minute window to drop off luggage etc. The pool was great but a little small for amount of rooms. This also impacted the lifts which were slow and the kitchen was struggling with the diners for the nights we were there. But genuinely a very good place to stay and Excellent value for money."
