"Very good location close to the sights and walkable from the train station. Also convenient for the tram. Large well appointed room with good air con. Unfortunately the room overlooked the roof terrace and on the first night I was there, there was a party on the terrace with a DJ. The music was extremely loud and although it stopped around 10:30-10:45 didn't make for a relaxing evening. Room was very quiet overnight. I would suggest if planning to stay there, enquire about any events taking place and whether your room is close to the roof terrace (although given how loud the music was, I think it would probably have been easily heard in most rooms). Apart from this, a really good hotel."
