Friendly staff and a great location. Very convenient to the Homme de Fer tram station which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Kitchen has all necessary items except for a coffee maker even though there are demitasse cups in the cabinet, there is no way to prepare espresso if you did not bring your own maker. There is free coffee in the lobby but I would prefer to make my own in my room and not have to travel downstairs to the lobby before I shower and get ready for the day. There is a tea kettle, but this doesn't help coffee drinkers. Aside from the absence of a coffee maker everything was good.

This is nice property, not too expensive and not too fancy. The room was smaller than I expected but it was clean and functional. The location is great! Definitely worth it for short to medium stays.

Family Christmas in Strasbourg
We stayed in a family apartment. Furnishings were sparse in the living room. Dishwasher broke and staff were attentive but this was unable to be fixed over the Christmas break. Overall, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great position in Strasbourg.

Great central location. Everything in walking distance. Super friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with little kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. On site underground parking. Just press the buzzer to be let it. Be warned though, spaces are very tight if you have a larger than average car. Good value for money. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Perfect location to see the city
Strasbourg is beautiful, the hotel staff were very helpful, parking on site was available, perfect location. We drove there and the only thing was getting access to the hotel you needed a code for a street bollard which would have been helpful provided in advance. Lovely hotel for the budget.

The people at the front desk are very helpful and the property was very clean. The location was also perfect as it is in the middle of Strasbourg France close to very many amenities.

Great location! On-site parking, though very tight. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. The only issue we had was with the shower head that kept sliding down. Tip: need to press the call button for the gate to open to enter the Hannong street.

Very centrally located. The rooms were quiet and nice. Had to exchange one pillow because it looked really dirty. Communication with Front Desk was very good. Parking is only EUR 15 per day which is a great deal. We also liked the little coffee corner near reception.

Amazing Hotel Location
Lovely hotel in a very convinient location to walk everywhere and to take the train. The staff was really nice and helpful, the spoke Spanish. The room was great, really clean and with lots of space.

Great welcoming staff, very kind and helpful. The renovations are great. Too bad the door wouldn’t close if not slammed, the sink in the bathroom took forever to empty out. All easy fixes! I’ll happily be back next week.

Short break for Wife and I
The Apartment block is in a great location for shops, restaurants, trams and more. We had the 2 bed apartment and it is so spacious containing everything you need. One down side of this room is that the Wifi would not work and despite repeated efforts by staff and their Service maintainer, it did not work the whole of our stay (4 nights). Just as an FYI, the Wifi worked in the reception area, so we know it was not our devices. On a personal level, I was a little disappointed as I had planned to do some work whilst there and had to bear the inconvenience of taking laptop to reception every time I needed to connect.

Great location for old town
Very central for old town and had underground car park reasonably priced. Small kitchen area with all necessities. Be aware that there is no air-con, even though website says thete is so rooms very hot in summer (although a fan was provided). I would definitely recommend this property.

Citadines provides excellent customer service in an unbeatable location. However rooms are very small with no air conditioning, toiletries not great, bed a little firm. Nice water pressure in the shower, and fast internet.

Great choice for longer stays.
This is a wonderful property. Very comfortable and centrally located, just down the street from the tram station at Kleber Place. Liked being able to make my own breakfast, keep water and other drinks cold and fix a snack in the evening. With the electric cooktop and broiling microwave, you can prepare a pretty good meal. Monoprix and Kuchan only a few blocks away for supplies. Front desk is manned 24/7, except for Christmas Eve. On site laundry is very convenient, albeit a little expensive. Spacious living room and bedroom. Modern bathroom with tub/shower combo. Lots of closet space, iron and ironing board provided. Would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg.

I am happy to recommend this property which has a wonderful location, lovely rooms and concierge staff who are courteous, helpful and very kind to tourists with poor French language skills. I would particularly recommend it to Australians because the rooms have a kitchenette. Even if you don't intend to cook (and I never do), it is good to be able to make coffee in the morning or a snack at night and many hotels in France do not provide kettles. tea and coffee, much less a bar fridge.

Very convenient to main train station and easy to find. About a 10 minute walk to Church square, many restaurants in area, close to Petite France, felt safe. Daily housekeeping costs extra, but we didn’t need it, just asked for new towels at desk. Very comfortable bedding. Would stay again.

It was great to be in such a convenient location. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. Our studio was perfect for our needs. The amenities were excellent. I particularly appreciated having an ironing board and iron and the well appointed kitchen area.
