Located in the heart of downtown Strasbourg, just a minute's walk from the cathedral, this 30 m² furnished apartment on the first floor is located in a narrow street in the hyper-center. It offers an elegant setting and typically Alsatian charm, offering an authentic experience for a capacity of three people.
This historic district has many local shops, bars and restaurants.
This 30m² studio is composed of:
an equipped American kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, mobile induction hob, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine) with a dining area (high table and bar stools),
a bedroom with a double bed
a living room area with a double sofa bed and a television
a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.

If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.
You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. The property was very well-situated and looked exactly as in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. We were lucky to get it, as we booked at the last minute. One negative - street outside was very noisy after 12 am.

The property is a good deal for being in the center of Strasbourg. There is appropriate kitchen material for a longer stay.
We would have liked somewhere to hang the towels after showering. The hooks on the doors don't allow the doors to close fully, which was a bit annoying.
It can be quite loud at night given that the property is right in the center.

l'accueil, l'emplacement, le matériel fourni
éclairage insuffisant
Le logement est moins rutilant que sur la photo (portes abîmées ou qui ne ferment pas), murs pas très propres.
Dans l'ensemble cela reste correct. C'est la situation exceptionnelle qui emporte le tout mais il y a un point noir : le double vitrage des fenêtres est vétuste et ne remplit plus du tout son rôle. La qualité de vos nuits dépend donc de l'activité de la ruelle (jeunes/fumeurs du resto dessous/ivrognes de passage/éboueurs matinaux...). Ce logement est donc trop cher.
L'emplacement est idéal car en plein centre ville, l'appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour recevoir à l'occasion deux ou trois adultes. La procédure d'entrée se fait sans souci mais cela manque cruellement d'isolation surtout phonique..même en temps de covid..alors sur un mois ça peut être problématique. Quelques détails matériels à l'arrivée comme la cuvette des toilette défectueuse, sièges mal vissés mais rien de grave du tout .. Par contre, pas de bouteille de Riesling, de bretzel ni de café à l'arrivée comme indiqué sur les photos. Arrivée au standing minimal . Le tout peut être parfait pour un week end.
Parfait Week End dans la capitale Européenne cet appartement est idéalement placé, à proximité immédiate de la cathédrale et de tous les restaurants et boutiques dont on peut rêver.
La procédure d'accueil se fait sans problème.
