This home provides the PERFECT location and all the required amenities for a GREAT vacation! The Confederation Trail which connects the Island Tip to Tip is just across the street, there is a grocery store a 3 minute walk, Tea Hill Beach is a very short drive and Downtown Charlottetown with its dining, tours, shows, nightlife, waterfront and shopping is less then a 5 minute drive! You also have a host of the Island’s best golf courses all within a 1/2 hour drive!

Very convenient to Charlottetown! Home is on 2 levels. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and living room on main level. Downstairs has a TV room (which we did not use, so I can’t say anything about it)Very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is well lit at night but the owner has put in very dark curtains so the bedrooms are not bothered by the lightingOwner is very responsive to email before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this home

The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to stores and downtown Charlotte. Bill was very responsive with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Well worth the money

The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a great place to relax in between activities. Groceries, supplies, fast food and ice cream is only minutes away. There was everything we needed for the times we ate in and to clean up after. Sometimes there was some traffic when going places, but the driving was easy. It isn't a spot to throw wild parties. It is a great spot for a relaxing stay

Great home based for touring PEI

Host is an excellent communicator. Kitchen was well-stocked. Spacious enough for two couples. Great TV/bonus room in basement. Very clean and safe area. Walking trail can be accessed at the end of the street. This host is new to vrbo. He was very open to feedback, and I believe with a few tweaks, this property will be excellent. We would stay here again.
