"We had a one night stay. Staff were very welcoming. Had not realised the property was double storied so had an issue with stairs. Our room was promptly changed to ground level. We had a very comfortable night followed by a good continental breakfast. Our thanks to everyone."

"The four of us enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was great and the parks nearby were lovely for walks. While the heating system was very effective, we did have a little trouble operating it without instructions. Also, some of the cookware probably needs replacing. Despite these small things, we love homes with character and would highly recommend Cobb & Co House."
